We are located only 7 miles north of the US border directly north of Coeur d'Alene Idaho with easy access to Spokane, WA to the south and Calgary and Kelowna within 5.5 hours drive. The closest airport is in Cranbrook and provides daily flights to Calgary, Vancouver and all points beyond.
Located in the Southeast corner of British Columbia, the Creston Valley boasts a temperate 4 season climate with average winter temperatures of -5 Celsius and summer highs over 35 Celsius. Early spring and late fall allow for a multitude of outdoor activities from walking and hiking, boating, swimming, water sports and our golf course has one of the longest seasons in the interior.
In the winter the valley does not get a substantial amount of snow however the surrounding mountains are an outdoor enthusiasts’ playground, with a multitude of places to get into the back country by snowshoe, ski or snowmobile. Kootenay Lake does not freeze (hence the warmer winters) but if the conditions are right, there is skating and ice fishing on nearby Duck Lake.
